Booking Policy A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm any booking with Tripan India. Remaining payment must be cleared before the start of the trip unless otherwise informed by the company. Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt and confirmation from our team. Prices may vary during peak season, long weekends, festivals, or due to sudden hotel/transport tariff changes. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability of hotels, camps, vehicles, and permits. Travel & Safety Travellers must carry valid government ID proof during the trip. High-altitude destinations may involve health risks due to low oxygen levels — travellers are advised to consult a doctor before travel. Tripan India is not responsible for altitude sickness, personal injury, illness, accidents, loss of belongings, or delays caused by weather and road conditions. Travellers must follow instructions given by trip leaders, drivers, and local authorities throughout the journey. Consumption of illegal substances or misconduct during the trip may result in immediate removal from the group without refund. Transport & Accommodation Hotels/camps mentioned are subject to availability; similar-category accommodation may be provided if required. Camp stays in remote regions depend on weather and government permissions. Vehicle movement in mountain regions depends on BRO updates, weather, and local administration approvals. Delays due to traffic, landslides, snowfall, or mechanical issues are considered beyond company control. Itinerary Changes The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or operational reasons. Tripan India reserves the right to modify routes, stays, or schedules for traveller safety and smooth operations. Liability Tripan India acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for services provided by hotels, transport operators, camps, or third-party vendors. Any extra expense caused by delays, medical emergencies, natural disasters, or personal reasons must be borne by the traveller. Media & Content Photos/videos captured during the trip may be used by Tripan India for promotional and social media purposes unless informed otherwise by the traveller.
