Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or Email. Cancellation charges, applicable on total package cost: — 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation charges — 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges — 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges — Less than 7 days, or no-show: no refund The initial booking advance may become non-refundable once hotels, camps, permits, or transport are confirmed on your behalf. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days. Flight/train ticket cancellations follow the respective airline or railway's own rules. In case of natural calamities, road blockage, snowfall, landslides, political disturbance, government restrictions, or weather-related issues, Tripan India will try to provide alternate arrangements, but refunds will depend on the policies of our vendors (hotels, camps, and transport partners).
